News & UpdatesSome of the best wedding planners in the business gathered together at Syon House and Park for the ultimate wedding showcase. Syon brought together a formidable group of wedding & events planners to showcase their stunning venue and newly renovated Apartment Rooms.
Guests were invited from 11.30am for drinks in the Inner Courtyard & Great Hall, where we served a refreshing apple & rhubarb Martini.
After a brief welcome and amazing Instagram Workshop by Rupa Photography, guests toured the amazing rooms and facilities at Syon House finishing at the State Dining Room, where lunch was served.
We served a three-course 'Summer Wedding’ inspired menu of Heirloom tomato with velvety burrata, tomato consommé, basil nitro ice cream & sea coral buckwheat tuile; organic Rhug Farm Lamb (cannon confit belly and floss) with pommel Anna, charred baby leeks & roasting jus and for dessert coconut panna cotta with passion fruit gel, compressed pineapple & rum sorbet.
Our commercial director, Jay commented ‘It’s important for us to showcase to these type of wedding planners because we are a premium caterer and these planners are some of the best in the business’
