Banqueting House is one of London's most impressive event spaces, and we were thrilled to be able to cater for our clients' reception for 300 guests.
Guest were welcomed into the magnificent Main Hall with a glass of chilled 'Coates and Seely’ Brut Reserve English sparkling wine, delicious on a balmy warm evening. Summer Asian inspired canapés of tuna tartare with tobiko, wasabi & crispy fish skin; smoked duck rice paper rolls, mint-scented mango & shiso; umami aubergine with hondashi & wasabi mousse; Thai marinated fillet of beef with spicy satay peanut dip; Food Show signature spiced shrimp burger with sriracha mayo in colourful brioche buns and chop-sticks of shiitake mushroom, ginger, coriander and nam-him dip were served.
After speeches had taken place Food Show hosts circulated the room with bowls of ginger & turmeric spiced lamb cannon with hondashi tapioca pearls; crispy skin seabass, pad thai noodles & mango salsa and marinated silk tofu with Thai noodles & spicy salsa.
