Stunning breakfast views

Early morning calls are all part of the job, but when the view is simply this incredible the early morning alarm call was certainly worth it!

Our clients' breakfast press launch was organised in association with a leading beauty pr agency.  With guests arriving for breakfast at 8.30am the team were early birds loading into Level 69 at The View at the Shard.  Networking breakfast canapes of mini pastries; organic yoghurt panna cotta with crunchy granola & goji topping and polenta, sun blushed tomatoes, Ragstone goats cheese & basil savoury muffins were served with freshly brewed tea and coffee.  A bergamot & cardamon shot was served on the side as a 'wide awake' hit!

After the presentation and speeches guests were invited to take their seats at the magnificent breakfast table.  The kitchen team prepared Eggs Royale with smoked salmon, poached egg & salted seaweed hollandaise; Egg Florentine with wilted Asian greens, poached egg & salted seaweed hollandaise;  crushed avocado & poached egg on an English breakfast muffin and potato rosti with slow-roasted cherry tomatoes and wild mushrooms.

An amazing evening to start the day with one last look at the view before we left - just to see if we could see Food Show HQ!
