On 12th March Unique Venues of London, the representative body of the capital’s most unique and iconic venues, hosted its second annual supplier showcase to its member venues.
The diverse portfolio of suppliers came together to showcase products and services at the iconic and elegant Royal Horticultural Hall’s Lindley Hall. Over 200 professionals attended the event where exhibitors were able to share industry insights and trends.
From our woodland inspired food station we served a range of canapés including steak & frites with warm béarnaise sauce; foie gras ‘Rocher’ with cherry glaze & gold leaf; Colchester crab salad with yuzu foam & puffed squid ink wafer; wagyu beef tartare in crispy cornet topped with yoghurt foam and aubergine umami with dashi gelée, wasabi & pickled radishes.
Other suppliers showcasing included Private Drama, Pinstripe and Peonies, Fisher Productions and White Light to name just a few.
As afternoon networking turning into evening fun we served some delicious hot bowls of slow cooked Rhug farm belly of lamb with buttermilk potato foam; sous-vide hand dived scallops marinated in kaffir lime leaf oil, roe emulsion, leek ash & yuzu powered and Pedro Ximénez shallot tarte tatin with Monte Enebro goat cheese and dessert canapés of mini salted caramel eclairs and mini tarte au citron.

The showcase is always a very popular member event and the feedback we received from attendees was fantastic. We’re already looking forward to the next one and are confident this will become a vital event in the Unique Venues of London calendar.”
